Job Description : We are investing in Rawtenstall! Our Beesknees in Rawtenstall is currently undergoing a £150,000 refurbishment! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Manager who will jump on board with us now ready for the reopening of this venue in April. It needs a strong leader who will get heavily involved and help build a strong team.Can you create an enjoyable atmosphere and give the customers an experience to remember? Are you sales driven and ready for a new project!? Can you read the crowd and deliver to customers expectations? Are you competitive and strive for success? Are you passionate about customer service and standards?You might just be what we are looking for!Our Managers are Leaders. They lead from the front by being hands on and setting examples. This isn’t a 9 to 5 office job! Well, on Mondays it might be but the rest of the week you’ll be engaging with customers, accepting beer deliveries, cooking pizzas and making cocktails!We require a full new team for this venue. Can you train, build, motivate and inspire a strong team?We won’t sugar coat it, this could be challenge but if you think you’re the right candidate please get in touch! In this role you will receive regular feedback and be pushed to be the best. This is a full time 45 hour vacancy and you are expected to have a sensible approach to your working pattern, including working busy weekend nights, bank holidays, Christmas period and any special events.The right candidate will have a thirst for learning cocktails and kitchen experience! We have an extensive cocktail menu and you are expected not only to learn it, but to eventually teach it too!You will be expected to work to budgets and have an understanding of profit and loss.
