Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assists plan and design the business model and profit model based on company development strategies to achieve the model and strategy

2. Maintain platform webpage & APP management including UAT, bug tracking, network speed & experience optimization

3. Lead and manage the customer service system, provides the valuable feedback to platform and product through the communication with customers.

4. Data analysis for all the operation and business outcomes, providing professional reports and suggestions

5. Provide leadership for the development of marketing plans including objectives and strategy for targeted markets, execute marketing plans and establish metrics for the measurement of marketing program effectiveness.

6. Responsible for the overall management of the in charged team providing coaching, leadership, and assistance with resources and strategy development to building up a strong and efficient team

REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Have proven experience in regional Business Development with Chinese clients.Deep understanding in local Ecommerce platform like Lazada,shopee etc.

3. Leadership in forming and leading a team

4. Proficient in Mandarin speaking is a must
