Job Description : An exciting sustainable FMCG company, are hiring an Graduate Accountant/Finance Assistant who has is looking to kick start their finance career and join their expanding team.

Role

The Graduate Accountant/Finance Assistant position for this exciting sustainable FMCG company is based in Chiswick, West London, Postcode: W4. The position is on a permanent basis and is quite broad, varied and challenging. You will report into a supportive Finance Director and it will involve getting hands on with both transactional elements of purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations etc. You will also be responsible for helping prepare VAT returns, financial record keeping etc. There will be loads of training and mentoring with a great chance to progress further. It is a newly created position because of company growth with the last person in this role stepping up to take on management accounts and financial reporting to highlight where this role can go! Additional support to the operational director and wider business with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Profile

Ideally for this Graduate Accountant/Finance Assistant position for this exciting and sustainable FMCG business based in Chiswick, West London, Postcode: W4, you will need to be switched on, an excellent communicator, hardworking and ready to take ownership of the role and responsibilities that encompass it. You will have recently graduated from University (ideally with a 2:1 or above) or be a recent school leaver with AAT qualification. The Graduate Accountant/Finance assistant position will also require someone who has a great working attitude and can work independently and keen to learn and develop in finance.

Salary & Benefits

This Graduate Accountant/Finance Assistant position for this exciting and sustainable FMCG business based in Chiswick, West London, Postcode: W4, is offering between £23,000 – £25,000, 5% pension, and 22 days annual leave. There is also study support and private medical. The core hours are 9:00 – 5:30pm as standard but can vary at month/ ¼ end periods.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
