About the Job

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing visual content for print and digital applications that is appropriate for our various audiences.

What you will do:

Designing and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement with our board of directors
Designing and layout of essential business materials (e.g., business cards, presentations)
Creating infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data
Editing video clips for use on social media platforms
Creating short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events
Working autonomously and developing high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
Managing timelines and prioritization of workload, and knowing when to ask for direction
Assisting team in developing and executing communications plans

What you need to have:

Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field
At least 2 years of visual design and video editing experience
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing, and web limitations
Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members
A demonstrated working knowledge of experience in design, brand development, and creative process
Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, & Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Drop Box, & G Suite
Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self motivation
Previous work experience in FinTech would be preferred
