Scope
Work Description/Role Summary: (Brief 4-5 line description of the role )
§ Candidates with 10+ years of experience in Business Research services, Provide research, analysis, and insight support to major pursuits, including working with other Knowledge and Global Markets teams to deliver relevant analysis supporting Sales Growth across the business.
§ Should understand of product & services Aon offers, bringing new insights from secondary research which will help us to assess the risk & challenges associated with the company/industry
§ 5+ years of team management experience preferably in the financial services industry
§ Should able to innovate, conceptualize, develop and deliver modern new solutions on different technology forums
§ Should able to adopt the best practices from industry, follow with mentoring and training the teams to adopt and deliver efficiently
§ Strong management and leading skills with a proven track record of managing highly productive teams, working with multiple clients in professional organizations, managing deliverables under fast-changing expectations with accurate quality in a metrics environment.
§ Have experience in driving, implementing, and stabilizing change – people, process, operations.
§ Extensive experience working in an off-shoring environment has dealt with senior stakeholders functionally and strategically.
§ A well-groomed individual who deeply understands the technicality of various asset classes, valuation methods, and the ability to drive a knowledge/value culture in the team.
§ Candidates with a mix of frontline and off-shoring experience will be an added advantage.

Understanding of product & services Aon offers, bringing new insights from secondary research which will help us to assess the risk & challenges associated with the company/industry
Building story from data, making insightful analysis by using simple and efficient analytical mode
Responsible for managing and leading the client engagement for one or more geographies with multiple deliverables and diverse assets class/activities.
Managing and leading all the operational & customer service aspects i.e. SLAs, service delivery, people management and technology engagement etc.
Drive and implement the change (people, process and operations) for the growth, stabilization and effective operating model in alignment with the organization.
Active participation and drive towards business growth, and work with clients accordingly.
Exhibit strong domain knowledge in resolving issues, implementing change, escalating and dealing with customers across geographies.
Effectively planning, leading and managing the team of experienced professionals with multiple layers of reporting.
Supporting the Head of Business with a strategic outlook and partnering in achieving the mid to long term objectives of the larger team.
People retention & development, and working towards achieving high level of colleague’s engagement to build outperforming teams.
