What You Will Do:
Own various analytical projects end-to-end, including : Extracting and exploring data, Generating a hypothesis, Building a structured analysis, Rigorously evaluating methods and results to ultimately provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Customer & Market Research, CRM, Product/Tech, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, etc) to:

Discover opportunities for growth and improvements

Identify performance gaps and business issues to solve,

Define the right experiments and statistical tests to validate hypothesis.

Support both regular business reporting to Management/Senior Leadership as well as ad-hoc data analysis projects.

Who will be suitable for this role:
Must-Have :
Have at least 1-3 years of full-time experience in business analyst / growth analyst / data analyst / business intelligence role.

Highly logical, have structured thinking & communication skills and comfortable with defining, validating, and redefining hypothesis.

Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets plus comfortable with analytics dashboards to process large datasets meaningfully and efficiently from various sources.

Excellent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides to effectively and impactfully communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and drive action & improvement plans.

Bonus points

Have worked at top-tier, high-growth Technology companies or Startups.

Have experience in top-tier Management Consulting firms.

Have worked at major e-commerce platforms.

Have experience with the FMCG, Fresh Produce or Groceries category.

Have experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, DOMO, etc).
