Guidewire testing with insurance knowledge
NEED GUIDEWIRE WITH 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE HAVING AGILE EXPERIENCE
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Primary Requirement
Prior experience as QA on Commercial Lines of Business – P&C
In depth exposure to P&C Commercial Lines domain (Policy Admin System) in the North American market – experience in general insurance industry and IT projects (preferably)
Interact with development team to explain the functional specification and provide clarifications
Interact with onsite and business users, understand requirements, and translate into detailed functional specification
Manual functional testing, Use JIRA/Zephyr, follow defect management best practices.
Identify client requirements, and define the business solution/ functional specification
Participate in UAT/ functional testing
Ensure deliverables meet the requirements stated
Must be proactive and possess the ability to work independently
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Insurance Certifications
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Additional Requirement
Develop functional specifications
Experience in requirement gathering / requirement elaboration
Familiarity with requirement gathering tools / process like Visio, UML, Use Case, etc
Liaise with customers to gather and define business requirements
Obtain sign-off from business stakeholders
Suggest process improvements
Analyze gaps and identify workarounds
