After focusing on perfecting our processes in America, Aimtron mirrors those processes in India aiming to bring the same quality that’s found in the USA.Job Description for Hardware Design EngineerWe are looking for 3-6 years of experience as Hardware Design Engineers to join our team of Electronics Design and R&D.Job Duties and Responsibilities· Understanding client requirements· Proposal closure.· Client/Company meeting.· Software/Firmware Implementation based on assigned tasks/jobs· Testing the protos at the design phase.· Field issues understanding and bug resolutions at each phase.· Leading and mentoring the juniors/interns.· Product conceptualization and learning new technologies.Job Requirements and Qualifications for Hardware Design Engineer.· Strong in basic Electronics (Digital & Analog), High-speed Digital Designs.· Must have experience in MCU & MPU Board design & communication protocols (I2C, SPI, ETH, USB )· Should be good in problem-solving & troubleshooting Hardware.· Able to handle projects from requirements gathering to manufacturing considering DFM, DFT, EMI/EMC & other standard compliances.· EDA Tools experience Altium (must), Mentor, SPICE, basic knowledge of Solid Works.QualificationsEducation: BE / MTech Electronics or higherSoft Skills:1. Quick learner and self-driven2. Good team player3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Capable of adhering to time limits5.
