A Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate
I have over 25 years of experience in Big4 accounting firms and fortune 500 entities across Asia
I have been at the helm of managing finance, operations, consulting, HR and other senior leadership roles across SEA, India and Pacific region throughout my career.
At theAsianparent, I lead a passionate, dynamic and large team of finance and operations across SEA for both our Community and D2C business.
During my free time, I enjoy cycling, running and spending quality time with my family.

About the role
A person in this role is responsible for managing, overseeing and strategising all HR fronts of Tickled Media. You will have a team reporting into you as your arms in each market to help execute and maintain operations on the ground. A key success factor in this role is to build up on foundations and principles to elevate us to the next level.
Talent Acquisition
Refine & manage the recruitment process with ATS tool to improve candidate experience and time to fill.
Partner with the organization’s leaders to attract and grow the best talent to ensure that we hire smart and fire fast.
Actively oversee recruiting and give guidance on the overall interview processes
Further develop our processes, tools, and programs around employee onboarding
Talent Management
Manage the bi-annual performance review process.
Manage communication channel for staff members to enquire
Oversee & manage all staff exits, adhering to local legislation.
Culture and L&D
Build the infrastructure and processes that will enable us to scale our values and culture.
Strategise & lead global culture initiatives to share company values, improve employee engagement & boost morale.
Organise training plans using existing resources for staff development.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee & approve payroll preparation
Consolidate and manage all global benefits programmes for staff
HR Operations
Oversee & manage the HRIS system.
Approve all outgoing employment contracts
Offer guidance and work side-by-side with leadership and management on organizational changes, compensation, employee relations, people/performance decisions and actions, communication and collaboration, and the rollout out of HR programs
Manage a small HR team and provide them the necessary support to thrive in their roles
Develop and foster partnerships with all levels of the company
Analyse and forecast for growth and business projection

8 years+ of hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong experience with excel and spreadsheets
Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
High EQ, comfort with ambiguity, and a “no job too small” mentality.
Good communication skills as this role will require you to work closely with cross functional teams and business leaders
Analytical and project management ability
Track record of developing and managing internal HR programs, policies, and processes for scale in a high-growth company.
Goes without saying, but you must demonstrate the professional maturity to retain and secure sensitive information with objectivity, discretion, and tact.
