We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

To provide support to the HSE Site Business Partner by providing H&S guidance, advice and support to the Castle Bromwich Management And Operational Teams to establish and maintain consistent and correct H&S standards
Maintaining a safe shift with the operational teams developing close working relationships through support with the assessment of activities
Developing risk assessments and safe working methods which are managed with SSoW.Support will also be provided with the training plan roll out and meet all site safety standards
The role must also co-ordinate a ‘one team’ approach to Health & Safety across the plant to ensure the correct delivery of the ‘Safety First’ strategy and journey to the identified standard
To work within the Castle Bromwich H&S structure with creating a team approach to align with the safety strategy for the plant
To engage and work closely with the Castle Bromwich team to align all safety activities working together to achieve zero harm in a Safety First Culture
To ensure operation conforms to DHLs Health and Safety Management Systems (HSMS), local and UKI legislation
Attending customer safety walks and meetings and compliance to JLR ways of working and reporting
