Job Description : Job descriptionHR ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall quality system in HR departmentUnderstanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departmentsDraft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisementScreening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews withcoordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidatesIssuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidateMaintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employee’s attendance / absenteeism and report to Operations Manager.Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ medical insurance policiesConduct orientation program and briefing to new employeeSetting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.Attending / Understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for themConduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s terminationPlanning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approvalOrganising training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their dutiesAdmin ResponsibilitiesManage office supplies stock and place ordersPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain and update company databasesOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsAnswer queries by employees and clientsUpdate office policies as neededDistribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)Arrange travel and accommodationsSchedule inhouse and external eventsMonitor housekeeping activities.Plan and carry out company beautification which includes,To have excellent presentation for customers/visitors.Complete solution for cultivating motivating work culture.To emphasize on international standards of ISO9001Convert workplace in a visual & organized platform.Emphasize on importance of safety given in company.Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesPossess a degree in Human ResourceComputer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to work under pressure and efficiently.Ability to communicate effectively & professionallyAbility to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers etc.Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Positive & pro-active attitude towards workAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to speak good English.
