Job Description : We are looking for a professional Executive Recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our clients for IT positions as well as internal recruitments. The candidate should be a fast learner, proactive, smart, have a good sense of time management, and can work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.This role will be a combination of Admin and recruitment responsibilities where the candidate will assist Directors with various tasks along with the recruitment work.Responsibilities HR Recruitment Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needsDevise and carry out a targeted research strategyPost jobs on various job portal platforms.Map role criteria, define position description and document specificationsTrack and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channelsAssess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibilityConduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check creditsPresent shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summariesOffer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completionFollow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding processNetwork and build long-lasting client relationshipsKnow your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function)Research and develop recruiting leadsAdministration Handling day to day activities in the office related to office managementSupports Directors on a day-to-day basis with administrative tasks, content writing, emails, research, and creative work.Professional assistance in various activities such as lead generation, LinkedIn networking, research, copywriting, appointment booking, social media management, inbound and outbound calls for various work-related appointments, website content management, email composition, and responding to emails.Basic bookkeeping in online accounting tool Zoho Invoice.Review and answer correspondence.Be punctual & regular in office timing.Office errands in Delhi area (transport costs provided)Should be trustworthy & capable of multitasking.Good time management skills.Distribute itineraries and meeting minutes and keep track of for events and meetings making sure that things are not overlooked.Should be able to take follow-ups on behalf of Directors.Any other work which can be assigned.Requirements Fluency in spoken & written Business English as per international communication levels.Integrity and confidentialityAttention to detail and Time management skillsProven working experience in recruitingDeep understanding of recruitment processesProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databasesStrong knowledge of candidate’s selection methodsPrevious experience with candidate sourcing tools and methodsExcellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)Clients focus along with relationship building skillsBusiness acumen and market insightEffective negotiation, influencing, and communication skillsQualification Bachelor’s (Preferred)MBA (Human Resource management)Creative skills (would be a plus)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Recruiting: 1 year (Required)Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Required)
