Responsibilities
You will be part of the PSA Middle East and South Asia (MESA) Regional HR Team, supporting a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, organisational development, talent management, mobility, learning and development.
You will work closely with MESA Business Units in India and Saudi Arabia:
Review and align HR policies and processes to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency in support for a high-performance culture.
Come up with engagement initiatives and propose engagement content for Employee Communication App
Analyse learning needs and formulate training strategies, including supporting the planning and implementing of training courses
To support the rollout of PSA Group and Regional HR initiatives
To assist with all other HR administration matters
Requirement:
Degree in Business, HR, Organisation Development, or related area and/or related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, meticulous, independent, adaptable to change and sensitive to cross cultural issues
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Strong drive for results and value creation focus
Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools like PowerBI will be an advantage
