Job Description
Internship : You will be a support to our Marketing & Project Manager team. You will assist them to manage a range of artists across our growing rosters. This role is tasked with delivering and coordinating marketing and promotional campaigns for our artist’s releases. The intern is partly responsible for coordinating releases and driving campaigns through to completion. That includes :
Support Artist’s release preparation:
Release assets checklist such as song lyric, publicity photos, cover artwork, etc.
Artist’s Visual identity checklist, such as new profile photo, banner, header, canvas, thumbnail video, etc.
To make sure the catalogue is already sellable.
Complete info promotion based on direction from M&PM Manager.
Ensure release is going to appear in correct artist’s page.
Ensure video is delivered to right YouTube channel.
Ensure right data for all video releases.
Ensure right data for all catalogue.
2. Support Post-release:
Post-mortem report (pre-release, release day, post-release)
Stream analytic report (1 week after release and 1 month after release)
3. Sustain:
Regularly check UGC audio that not claimed on TikTok
4. Support Financial:
Update PMD expenses in budget sheet

Qualifications

Bachelor degree
Excellent relationships, artist friendly
Very digital friendly : focus on online audience development and digital content strategy
Data driven : ability to analyze and use data to optimize development
Structured, organized, ability to follow process and monitor budgets
Motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly developing roster
Capable of juggling various projects at the same time
Experience in artist management, marketing or project management
Track records in digital marketing and online audience development
Fluent in English & local native language
