Job Description : IDA Video Production Role & Responsibilities
Create high-quality motion graphics and character animation projects through all the post-production phases (design, animation, etc.)
Create a conceptual design developing stories, storyboards, animations, collaborating with a team, and then sharing the project through a video platform.
Brainstorm with the team and stakeholders to create custom motion graphic stories that convey concepts and ideas.
Animate characters, objects, and scenes according to scripts, storyboards, outlines, or basic concepts with little direction.
Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process and deadlines.
Experience working with music, sound effects, and voice-over artists.
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
Gain product knowledge and become familiar with different business units, products, events, and promotions.
Editing both short – long-form videos to create powerful, funny, educational stories and promotional videos. This person will spend 60% of the time editing videos.
Deadline driven, organized and detail obsessed. Interact with employees over video chat, email, and messaging.
Qualifications
5 – 8 years Previous experience in corporate video production, motion graphics bonus if in B2B technology marketing
Strong familiarity with industry-standard post-production software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder and DaVinci Resolve.
Strong conceptual thinking
Traditional design background
Proficient with Widows or Mac OS
Knowledge and ability to edit video and audio as well as generate 2D motion graphics
Experience working on social media design (preferred)
2D animation skills, 3D animation (preferred)
