7) Web Server: Apache/JBOSS

8) OS Network installation: KICKSTRT, PXE, Physical Installation, Cobbler installation

9) Monitoring: Remedy, CA –Spectrum, WHATSUP gold, Central-station, Zabbix, Nagios

10) Linux Shell Scripting

11) Communciation with multiple stakeholders
