Job Description : This is a data analyst role in a fast-paced technology delivery organization supporting dynamic End User Services. This position is part of the End User Technology and Services team that is building next generation End User platforms at Citi. This individual should be an individual contributor performing data modelling and data analysis activities, closely work with core End User Service teams, project managers, architecture teams and other stakeholders to perform gathering, collating, interpreting, analyzing and reporting of key data to support User Experience improvement initiatives and overall Corporate Service Improvement programs. The role is responsible for performing in-depth operational and service performance data analysis using various data sources and analysis tools. Work closely with the Solutions Delivery teams ensuring robustness, scalability, and global applicability of data analytics to ensure all key Service Level Objective and Key Performance Indicators are tracked and reported
Daily experience with SQL Server, Python, or Power Shell Scripting, PowerBI and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Qlikview, or ELK is highly beneficial.
Expert data analytic skills to review comprehensive service performance data and report against objective targets and defined service level objectives.
Proven leadership abilities, working with diverse project teams.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and communication skills with both technical and functional team members at all levels of the business. Can effectively translate functional business requirements into technical specifications.
Ability to multi-task across projects and teams, against aggressive schedule targets.
Qualifications:
10+ years of data analysis experience
3+ years of experience in using data processing (ETL) applications.
Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Scripting, Excel, SQL, and Data Transformation
Strong knowledge and experience in data profiling and troubleshooting data related issues.
Mandatory Skills:
Advanced level Scripting, SQL, and data transformation and analysis skills
Advanced understanding of data models, data relationships and correlations
Desirable Skills:
Qlikview
ELK
PowerBI
Python
Predictive analytics
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
