Job Title: Manager Enterprise Integrations
Key Responsibilities:
Job holder will be accountable for integration of payment solutions with merchants
Lead a team of integration engineers (web and mobile) with full people management responsibility as well as technical accountability for India and International merchants.
Interact directly with large clients, merchants, partners, and developers to recognize and articulate business requirements and how best to implement our solutions, while adhering to guidelines and company policies.
A technical leader and owner for all implementation-related activities throughout the integration effort.
Be the Voice of the Customer and relay constructive feedback to Product Managers, Engineering, Technology, and other internal groups on ease of use and new functionality. Work with internal teams on any required feature enhancements or to address any solution gaps.
Identify and define integration specific best practices including but not limited to integration security.
Owner of ITIL processes, reporting of KPI’s, stakeholder management and financial management
Escalation point and owner of all service requests raised by merchants, sales or other stakeholders.
Nurture an environment of innovation, standardization, simplification and continuous improvement, leading changes that drive efficiencies into existing support and integration processes.
Attract, retain, and grow top talent, providing guidance, career development and mentorship to team members.
Scope of Impact / Influence
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Technology, Cyber Defense and 3rd party partners to manage the day-to-day integration operations
Lead integration support, associated processes and function efforts to ensure alignment towards a singular goal of customer journey/experience-based service support.
Experience
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of overall technology industry experience in integrations for payment solution providers, medium to large-scale organizations or start-ups
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, or related experience required
Extensive experience in Service Delivery & Operations within a technology organization and/or in a product development company with experience in Application Integrations.
Technical expertise in complex issue identification, troubleshooting, debug and resolution
Should have managed small to medium support teams, as application support lead
Technical Experience
Web and mobile technologies including Rest, Web Services, APIs, HTML/HTTP, iOS, Android and leading web and mobile application frameworks.
Multiple major programming languages (Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python and Nodejs).
Database troubleshooting and support on MS SQL, MySQL, MONGODB, Graph Database etc.
SAOP and RESTful API integrations, troubleshooting, debug and support
Understanding of Payment services, architecture and integrations
Experience with tools such as JIRA Service Desk, JIRA, Jenkins, Kibana, etc.
