We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in working with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in the endpoint management arena. As part of the Global Endpoint Management & Analytics at Lam, he/she will be responsible for driving critical activities and projects to success as well as shaping the future of Lam’s endpoint management processes and environment.
In this role, he/she is part of a globally acting team, spread across different continents and time zones. This allows us to be close to our end-users and incorporate their feedback in our immediate activities around keeping the systems current, deploying new applications, features and policies. Apart from day-2-day operational activities, the individual we are looking for is actively participating in building the roadmap and strategy for a modern, secure and efficient endpoint management at Lam.
Minimum Qualifications
Expert-level knowledge and experience in endpoint management, focusing on more than one of the following areas:
MEM (incl. Co-Management, Auto Pilot, Desktop Analytics, Patch Management)
MECM current branch (incl. Co-Management, CMG, state-of-the-art packaging and deployment techniques)
MS365 ecosystem (MDE, O365 – incl. Office Admin Center, MEM)
Technically sound knowledge and understanding of the following technologies/concepts
Management of Windows 10 / Modern Device Management
Microsoft AAD
Microsoft AD (incl. GPO mgmt.)
Worked with 3rd-party patching tools (e.g. Ivanti, PatchMyPC, etc.)
Knowledge about End-User-Experience Monitoring solutions (e.g. Microsoft Desktop Analytics, Nexthink, etc.)
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing endpoint management and analytics solutions along with required infrastructure
Hands-on endpoint management experience in large enterprise environments
Strong understanding of the Microsoft cloud eco-system and related interfaces to on-prem solutions
Microsoft 365 certified (MS-100 and MS-101)
Preferred Qualifications

Team player with hands-on mentality and able to collaborate within cross functional teams
Intrinsic motivation for the area of endpoint management and continuous improvement mentality, to stay in the know of state-of-the-art technologies and processes
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate to non-technical audience
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
