Job Description : IT Support Executive1. Understand how Shopify & WordPress platform works2. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources3. Take care of app integrations and IT setup process in organizations4. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills5. Take care of web hosting and SSL Certificate on Godaddy6. Take care of IT Software Renewals & Maintenance7. Should be familiar with Microsoft Office, outlook and Google Drive.8. Ticketing system/tool and SLA knowledge preferred.9. Deliver high-quality support to technical and non-technical users of through email, phone and documentation.10. Troubleshoot and replace failed laptop, PC or printer hardware.11. Provide technical help to employee.Need to maintain and train the team with tools and other IT related matters for all computers ,mobiles ,internet software work and related .Required Experience:1. Overall 1-3 years of work experience in IT Support2.E-commerce experience will be added advantage3. Experience in web designing/developing will be added advantage4. Qualification – Graduate5.
