Job Description : Junior Developer PHP/LaravelWith the role of a team member, build Laravel web applications for the company, design and create projects using Laravel framework and PHP, provide assistance to the team in delivering high-quality web applications, services, and tools for our business, apply Laravel’s GUI and design a PHP application from beginning to end, extended expertise and experience of the framework to independently produce complete solutions in a short turnaround time.SummaryDuties and Responsibilities: Writing code that is clean, secure, test-driven, easy to maintain, and modular.Creating and maintaining databases.Creating programs and libraries that can be reused in the future.Debugging and troubleshooting apps.Improving performance, run UI/backend testing.On the backend needs of projects, collaborating and interacting with frontend and mobile app developers.Following the development plan as closely as possible, and anticipating modifications to the specification or timeline as they arise along the process.When gathering requirements, presenting work, and so on, collaborating with project managers and being able to translate complex technical words into layman’s terms.Keeping up with the latest web development trends and best practices.As and when required, performing possessing client communication (verbal/written).Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field or related field required advanced degree preferred.At least 1-2 years of experience.Marketplace experience will be preferred.Completed degree(s) from a recognized institution as per minimum education requirement may be filled in for experience on a year for year basis.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Working unit testing and managing APIs such as REST is a plus.A thorough understanding of Laravel application design.JavaScript knowledge.Working knowledge of the MVC architecture.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication abilities.A desire to learn and the ability to do so.Strong understanding and commercial experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, and RedisIn-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP, React, and the Laravel PHP FrameworkUnderstanding of cross-platform and cross-browser difficultiesKnowledge of Linux and Gitwill be a plus Knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Google Maps, Instagram, Payment Gateway, and other third-party APIs will be a plus.Distinguishing Characteristics: Position requiresa) build Laravel web applications for the company;b) design and create projects using Laravel framework and PHP;c) provide assistance to the team in delivering high-quality web applications, services, and tools for our business;d) apply Laravel’s GUI and design a PHP application from beginning to end, ande) extend expertise and experience of the framework to independently produce complete solutions in a short turnaround time.Conditions of Employment: Employees are required to comply with the COVID-19 vaccination requirement.Working Conditions and Physical Effort: Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.No or very limited exposure to physical risk.Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.Enablers.org offers all essential training according to the policy to ensure employee productivity.What You’ll Need to SucceedAbility to Work Under PressureDecision MakingTime ManagementLeadershipWhat You’ll Need to KnowDepartment: Project ManagementTotal Positions: 1Job Type: ProbationExperience: 1 Year – 2 YearsJob Type: Full-time
