Job Description : We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join the small, elite team behind The Lost Estate, one of the UK’s fastest-growing arts and hospitality brands. This role is for a creative and ambitious person just starting out or in the early stages of their marketing career.You’ll be working closely with the company’s founders, learning to manage our 7-figure marketing budget. Across your first two years, you’ll build skills in a wide range of areas:Paid social media marketing with 6-figures monthly spendsEmail marketing to a mailing list of c. 150,000 active subscribersMarketing data analysisBrand development and strategyBasic web design and codingBasic graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite)The job will be varied from day 1, with high standards and lots of self-directed learning expected. As your skills develop, you’ll be offered responsibility, freedom, and key roles in the major marketing projects that drive our growth.
