Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate – DBA
Responsibilities
o PostgreSQL L1/L1.5 Core DBA
o Designing and implementing databases in accordance to end users information needs and views.
o Defining users and enabling data distribution to the right user, in the appropriate format and in a timely manner.
o Additional responsibilities – Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role.
o Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data.
o Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.
o Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users.
o Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards.
o Experience in installation and configuration of database, implementing high-availability solutions, setup monitoring tools, setup database security.
