Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities
Total 7 of IT experience with Level 2.5+ of experience in Develop, Design ServiceNow solutions – ITSM modules (IPC, Knowledge, Request, CMDB) Service Portal, Custom Applications, PPM, Demand Mgmt. & Timesheet.
Review Business Requirements / SRS.
Participate in user stores creation.
Liaise with BA / TA for requirements related questions.
Develop solution as per requirements.
Perform Unit testing, Fix defects identified in Unit testing.
Administration / Configuration / Development of Service Requests.
UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, Integrations etc.
Writing various Server-side scripts using Script Includes.
Using ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now.
Understanding and debugging of system logs.
Ensure smooth API ServiceNow Integration with external tools.
Experience in ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades.

Preferred Skills
Experience on custom app
Strong Scripting Knowledge in Javascript and ServiceNow API
In-Depth Knowledge on ITBM apps like PPM, Demand, timesheet
In-Depth Knowledge on Integrations, Discovery, ServiceWatch
In-Depth Knowledge on Angular JS, Portal development
Exposure on Mobile development
In depth knowledge on Service Portal /Seismic development, Agile and DevOps processes
Coding experience in ServiceNow scripting / JavaScript / REST / Webservices / Angular JS

Minimum qualifications
B.E / MCA / Relevant degree
Prior working experience with ServiceNow (Mandatory)
ITIL V3 /V4 Foundation Certified (Must)
ServiceNow Admin / Dev Certified (Must)
