Job Description : Currently we are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Magento) for our India office to make the team even stronger.
Requirements
7+ years hands on experience in Magento / PHP development including Magento 2
2+ year of experience as a Technical lead / Architect
Good understanding of Magento’s code structure and extension architecture to develop sound technical strategies
Excellent knowledge of Magento & Magento 2 Commerce features and experience with Magento Commerce Cloud, Magento B2B
Experience of working & designing with public clouds (Azure Cloud, AWS, GCP)
Proven experience and ability to manage people, processes and technology
Knowledge and experience of applying various design patterns, architecture tactics in practice
Thorough understanding of Mobile First, Responsive Web Design, and UX concepts with the ability to put them into practice
Experience in designing and implementing thorough development and testing workflows
Proficiency with PHP and MySQL from an OOP perspective, database schema design
Knowledge and experience of UML( BPMN, C4, etc as a plus)
Desire to participate in project planning, design review, and architectural meetings
Readiness for Business trips
Ability to adapt and pick-up new technologies
Exceptional client-facing communication skills, including telephone and in-person presentations
Nice to have
Magento Certification (Magento Commerce Business Practitioner, Magento Commerce Architect)
Magento Cloud hands-on experience, Magento BI, Magento OMS, Adobe Sensei
Experience in integrating AEM / PWA and Magento
