We are currently Southeast Asia’s largest and fastest-growing circular fashion platform startup. Our flagship product is a Fashion Rental Subscription using a “Netflix-for-Fashion” model, the first and only of its kind in the region. We have since included a Fashion Resale business to our circular service mix, promoting sustainable preloved shopping and consignment to combat overproduction and offer sustainable fashion solutions at more price points. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve fashion consumption and driving these solutions across the region. For the modern woman, we offer rental, resale, restoration, consignment and other ways to participate in sustainable fashion.
The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and detail-oriented Lead Writer to join the Campaigns Team. This person will be responsible for creating and implementing highly effective, on-brand and shareable campaign marketing content, and will be assisting the Editor with daily copyediting tasks. This person will be working alongside a team of content strategists, writers, and reporting directly to the Regional Editor.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the writing component of marketing campaigns and briefs to deliver original, thought-provoking and creative content pieces that will be used on all owned and paid marketing channels, including in-app notifications, social media, blog, ads, etc.
Work collaboratively with content creators to improve content strategy through copywriting campaign content and developing experiments to drive impact for the business.
Assist Editor in proofreading and editing content according to brand guidelines, campaign key messaging, and quality standards.
Contribute to a wide range of content formats, including texts (long-form and short-form) and scriptwriting.

Requirements

Excellent writing skills; able to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format.
Excellent copyediting skills; able to transform, enhance and refine existing content, and eliminate copy errors.
Portfolio of previous works.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar field/scope of work.
Passionate about the Fashion and Sharing Economy space.
Experienced in short-form or long-form writing.
Good understanding of social media, digital trends, audience, channel levers of successful campaigns.
Detailed and action-oriented.
Enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Strong communication skills, work well in a team setting.
Strong willingness to learn and grow independently, has an owner/builder mentality.
A knack for developing interesting, innovative and creative concepts.
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in e-commerce would be a plus!
