Job Description : Responsibilities
A. Own the execution of the Culture Transformation strategy

Opportunity review and analysis in areas to improve organization belonging and culture

o Digital platforms strategy – review opportunities for introduction of digital tools for creating digital first approach

o Digital enablement – enable tools for driving engagement

Lead the design thinking in internal way of work
Creating ambassadors from employees
Lead the design and build of the employee APP
Drive engagement tools like digital enablers within the organization
Identify functional champions to drive engagement

B. Implementation of the change management approach

Drive change management through various initiatives across CBG and StarHub
Build and lead a task force for change champions
Create end to end experience design to driving messaging on change
Drive change from traditional tools to APP based employee engagement

C. Project Management & Risk Management

Identify project obstacles (risks, issues and changes in scope) and support resolution / creation of mitigation plans
Report on escalations and obstacles to management as daily stand ups

D. Coordination, Reporting and Governance

Lead the culture transformation delivery roadmap
Prepare project dashboard to department head
Develop ad-hoc project assessments and reviews
Present progress reports to management

E. Partnerships

Responsible for the partnerships that contribute to each product or service within the portfolio. In particular:

Own partnerships with services providers for implementing new capabilities
Partner management and tracking of deliverables
The partner relationship, in particular the contractual aspects

F. Cross Functional Working

Creating and managing effective cross functional working between the team and its stakeholders to ensure Time to market is on time
Requirements

Degree in management / marketing / economics or related field with at least 10 years of working experience preferably in a large organisation
Experience driving digital engagement / change management
Experience in managing vendor and project management
Significant knowledge in design experience development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable and is able to thrive in a dynamic environment
