Job Description : This role is responsible for the delivery of the range of high-stakes examinations at RACS, that are crucial for the pipeline of specialist surgeons across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Successful delivery requires strong stakeholder management.

This role will be offered on a fixed term, two-year contract with a view to extend.

Skills and experience
Tertiary qualification in Event Management or Education and assessment and/or substantial work experience
Significant experience in the management and delivery of large scale, high stakes examinations or events in a complex environment
Exceptional people leadership skills with demonstrable experience in managing a team of professionals in an educational context
Excellent organisation skills with experience in project management
Demonstrated experience in development and management of budgets
