Position Summary:
Grade- TP6
Tenure- 2 years
Formulate strategy to optimize and operationalize business programs
Conceptualize campaign engagement logic to implement customer journey
Develop and manage customer touchpoints and overall user experience
Define and localize omni-channel campaign content approach
Build and optimize SQL query, data management and reporting models
Collaborate with internal stakeholders from local/regional teams and with external
agencies
Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements
Consolidate reviews and learnings to guide future enhancements
Provide solution consultation and pilot new innovations
Manage, evaluate and optimize agency engagements through regular scorecard
reviews
Empower business teams through training sessions to drive go-to-market capabilities
5+ years of experience of IT or Digital project management
4+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign/
Oracle Eloqua/ Salesforce Marketing cloud), email marketing systems
In-depth knowledge of Agile (hybrid) processes
Proficiency in AmpScript
Knowledge of SQL, Import Definitions, File Transfer, Data Extracts, and Data
Extensions, Microsites, CloudPages
Strong detail orientation with good organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Aptitude for problem solving
