This Amberfication is led by in-store, mobile app and on-line payments.About the role: We’re on the hunt for a driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid working model. You will be part of a lean local Marketing team, working closely with our Growth and Customer Service teams and external agencies to create and deliver innovative campaigns.You will be support on driving the best positioning the Openpay product in the market and ensuring communications are clear, creative and effective. The ideal applicant will be organised, detail oriented, solution-driven and comfortable delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of Openpay’s communication channels by supporting the curation and development of weekly edm’s, SMS and in-app content, responsible for the posting and reporting on Openpay AU social media channels and executing annual brand and marketing campaigns. You will manage the social media community, drive engagement and help manage the reputation of the brand. You will work closely with our PR agency and drive our events calendar.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their marketing prowess and join an exciting fast paced team and company.What you’ll be responsible for: Community management of all owned and external social media accounts including monitoring, tracking and reporting on feedback and online reviewsCreate, schedule and post to AU Social Media accountsAssistance in the overall upkeep of the website, content & productsAssess the social media competitive landscape, market assessments to identify opportunitiesPlan and implement the global brand social media calendar and report on the resultsDrive content aligned with omni channel marketing strategy globallyManage multiple social media calendars and admin tasksWork with the wider digital team on integration of social media in the wider digital toolsCreate and manage EDM, SMs and in-app content that promote Openpay and our partnersFollow and analyze market trends in order to best position our brand and productsCollaborate with commercial and tech teams to effectively market the Openpay product, and our partnersIdentify key trade marketing opportunities and manage Openpay’s presence at these events e.g. industry expos, masterclasses, etc.Be willing to get involved to make things happenMaximise business performance by developing in-dept understanding for what drives marketing performance and help Openpay accelerate our growth on the long-term planThe Team you’ll be joiningWe believe every new team member has an opportunity to add to our culture – we’re a vibrant team of Podcasters, Ultra-Marathoners, Weightlifters, Chess Players, Students and more, so we’re looking for people who want to be part of a diverse and ever changing team.As we grow, we change, so you’ll be flexible, willing to evolve as our systems and processes do. You have deep empathy for customers and users to be able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience.
