Generatelistsofpropertiesthatarecompatiblewithbuyersneedsandfinancialresources.
Promotesalesofpropertiesthroughadvertisements,openhouses,andparticipationinmultiplelistingservices.
Coordinatepropertyclosings,overseeingsigningofdocumentsanddisbursementoffunds.
Accompanybuyersduringvisitstoandinspectionsofproperty,advisingthemonthesuitabilityandvalueofthehomestheyarevisiting
