Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field

Amazon Academy team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support brand marketing initiatives across multiple channels. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The successful candidate will have an extremely high level of customer focus and a passion for process improvement.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Identify, create and execute marketing activations and opportunistic media buys to acquire customers at scale.
Define KPIs and effectively drive CPAs towards targets.
Lead detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis.
Develop, deploy, analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.
Drive day-to-day channel operations in tandem with assisting in the development of the program’s long-term strategy.
Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals.
Serve as the subject matter expert for paid search, social, and overall digital marketing trends.
Working with various external stakeholders (agencies, advertising partners etc) to manage marketing operations across digital channels.
Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities to improve demand generation and engagement initiatives.
Develop and execute A/B testing plans for customer targeting and messaging to understand right mix and scale campaigns based on analyzed metrics.
Create marketing campaigns and operational processes with the goal of automation.
Develop customer insights and follow market segment trends closely to anticipate challenges and opportunities.

Strengths in problem solving and issue-resolution, ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
