Job Description : About the Role
As a Groceries Product Marketing team, you will be helping in defining the data understanding and insight generation of GoMart Marketing activities that can directly impact the business. This role will highly impact the shape of the product and will help to define the success of the Online Grocery Industry in Indonesia. You will be working directly with the business team, performance marketing team, research team, and multiple marketing channel owners daily. If you are a data-driven, insights geek, problem solver, and have strong attention to detail, then we have a role for you!
What You Will Do
Responsible for the planning and execution of online to offline marketing activity and regional marketing management
Working closely with Brand & Communication Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Media Lead, and external stakeholders (vendors) to grow online and offline media channels
Work with finance team, legal team, and procurement team to ensure a clear SOP on media investments
Monitoring and analyzing campaign post mortem reporting to give actionable insights and learning for a maximized channel performance
What You Will Need
Bachelors or Masters degree; with 3 years of media activation experience. Specialized work in FMCG, eCommerce, or the technology industry is preferred.
Have a can-do attitude and be able to work with multiple stakeholders to run marketing experimentations and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
3 years of data analytics experience. Understanding Gojek data structure and architecture is a plus.
Knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Bigquery, Google Data Studio, Metabase is mandatory. Familiarity with Tableau, and Python will be a major plus
Possesses a deep understanding of marketing and analytical concepts such as segmentation, customer lifecycle, retargeting, attribution models, prediction, and A/B testing is preferred
Passion about data analytics and insights generation to help the overall marketing effort to drive business growth

Our Groceries Marketing team belongs to two families in Gojek: the Gojek Marketing team and the Gojek Groceries Business team (we see it as having two big siblings at work). Our team currently consists of 4 people based in Jakarta. We oversee all things marketing for the Groceries platform – from researching and analyzing market trends and behaviors, to designing and executing fun campaigns that catch the attention of customers around the country. We’re a young team (we just turned 2!) with huge ambitions to expand our Groceries platform far beyond our Indonesian shores.
In our first year, we joined our first ever HarBolNas – Indonesia’s largest eCommerce shopping event, and successfully achieved nearly eight times year-over-year growth in 2020. Our team is driven by our shared sense of leaving a meaningful social impact in our communities. We believe our groceries platform is an innovation that has brought greater efficiency into the lives of our users. We have our sights set on continuing this mission, spearheading this change of how people buy their groceries in the region and beyond.
When we aren’t working, you’d probably find us catching up with each other on our weekly Zoom calls, watching the latest Netflix dramas, or concocting delicious homemade dishes made from the fresh ingredients we ordered through Groceries.
