Position Title: Web Analytics Developer

Position Description : Broadridge is seeking a Google Analytics Developer/Admin for our rapidly expanding digital marketing operations. The candidate will have the skills to work on maintaining events and tracking in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and share timely metrics and stats on website traffic of BR.com websites.
The Digital Marketing team serves as an internal agency partner to build a cohesive digital marketing experience for line of business (LOB) marketers across the organization’s public properties; www.broadridge.com. The developer for Digital should be a highly-motivated professional who executes with excellence. The individual will be responsible for carrying out web analytics reporting that empowers increased website traffic, personalization and analytical decision making for website optimization or improvements.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with website development team to monitor, maintain, optimize, interpret and report web traffic
Work on data collection and tagging, goals and conversions, audiences.
Maintain Segment platform for data integrations
Share metrics on page views, sessions, bounce rates, goal completions, events, click throughs, scroll depth
Recommend solutions and best practices for improving website traffic and data reporting and visualization.
Communication with Digital Team
Project status and escalation of critical issues
Propose on ideal /alternate solutions to the customer’s business need
Articulate technical and business concepts with confidence
Development projects on special assignments in support of day-to-day digital marketing operations
Technical documentation
Ensure new solutions are validated and documented for future reference
Participate in weekly conference calls with Digital Marketing (be available for daily check-in calls)
Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to client questions / concerns
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in technology
Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in setting up and managing GA and GTM for websites
Good Knowledge on Javascript to create DLV variables, custom triggers, custom variables and custom tags in Google Tag Manager.
Good understanding of Google’s latest GA4 property.
Good understanding of Segment data collection tool or similar platforms
Should have analytical skills to interpret and visualize website data
Knowledge on Data Visualization tools/BI tools or Data science techniques is a plus
Experience with large, complex, and multi-phased software implementations, agile methodology a plus
Work independently and be self-directed
Ability to maintain systems, strong attention to detail
Knowledge of developing public web portals preferred
Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
