Job Description : 12 Months contract with possible extension options for a further 12 monthsCanberra, Sydney,Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania based with consideration to Remote Working conditionsAustralian Citizen must have a baseline clearanceAbout the roleSoftLabs is looking for Microsoft Dynamic CRM Specialists to work as part of a highly motivated and cohesive team using agile approaches to design, develop, implement, and support Dynamics CRM online business solutions to join their technology consulting based in multiple locationsDeliverablesThe Deliverables for the Dynamics CRM/Portal/Azure Specialist include, but are not limited to the following:Requirement / user story review feedbackSolution designs, including options analysis where several viable solutions may be possibleDeveloped Dynamics CRM based solution, in accordance with the agreed design, to deliver the capabilities required by the business requirementsDevelop solution documentation and configuration/code commentsPeer solution/code review feedbackRelease/deployment/implementation documentation.Work in DevOps framework to support the deployed solutions.Essential Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience with the design, development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM business solutionsDemonstrated experience with current versions of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Online CRMDemonstrated experience and high competency with Custom workflow assembly developmentDemonstrated experience and high competency with CRM form programming (i.e. Java Script) Department of Health February 2022 RFQ – DTA SON3413842Demonstrated experience and high competency with Custom page integrationA strong background in .Net development (C#, web services)Experience with TFS or other version control products for Dynamics CRM solution development and implementation.Relevant IT qualifications/certificationsKnowledge and experience in agile deliveryDesirable Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated experience with the development and implementation of CRM Portal solutions and/or ADX PortalsPreferably 5+ years’ experience designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutionsDesign, development and implementation of SSRS Reports for DynamicsExperience with the configuration and implementation of the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook (preferable), and/or Dynamics 365 for Outlook (CRM plugin)Demonstrated experience with integration of D365 with other Azure applications and on premises applicationsDemonstrated experience with the migration of Dynamics On-premises solutions to the Microsoft Azure cloud platformExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional mannerAbility to work cohesively in a team environment using an Agile based methodAbility to work transparently and collaboratively, including when making decisions.If you are interested in this position, please click Apply with your resume in WORD and send your details for review.
