Job Description : Job Description: You will be in charge of leading mobile business practice. You will be responsible for developing business aligned to forecast revenue goal and providing technical leadership to the mobile app practice. The role requires someone with the ability to create new account logo opportunity, convert lead as well as lead the technical team:Business development – Shoulder accountability for annual revenue goals/new logo. Build a predictable way to acquire new logos for mobile practice and provide technical stewardship for the implementation. Create email templates for e-mail marketing the services.Build, own and mentor a team of high-performing mobile app practice, provide thought leadership and be accountable for their outcomes.Collaboration – Ability to work with sales and development team in a cross-functional agile environment.Root cause problem solving – Inherent ability to think through, experiment, measure and arrive at root causes for any issues in the system in any client environmentWorld-class innovation – Think laterally, work with stakeholders to deliver best in class results.Velocity- You will be expected to deliver results in a fast paced, operationally intensive, and rapidly changing environment.What You Will Do In This RoleCreate and convert business opportunities. You will manage an annual revenue/ new logo targetDeliver across the entire app life cycle – build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.Work directly with developers to architect, build, test and realize solutions.Explore and add mobile resources to existing accounts.Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects/proposals.Standardize the platform and optimize the performance for the apps.Job Requirement14 years of experience in leading a practice and generating revenue aligned to forecast. You should also be extremely well versed with mobile app development and are comfortable in both environments – Android and iOS.Development experience in Xamarin, React Native, Android, iOS and Swift, fluent in at least one of them and conversant in the others.Excellent communication skills, the role requires working with the sales team and collaborating with various stakeholders, Delivery managers, Sales, the QA team and so on.You must have an instinct for translating client requirements into an implementation roadmap.You must be comfortable with metrics driven decision makingYou should be passionate about growing practice and take accountability for revenue goalsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹2,500,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Mobile Architecture: 10 years (Preferred)
