Short Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
Mobile device testing on iOS and Android devices for the Enterprise Mobility apps.
Familiarity with mobile tools and automation frameworks e.g.: Xcode, Kotlin, Appium, Cucumber, SeeTest, XcTest.
Platform upgrades testing, regression testing, smoke testing.
System Testing for the apps, System Integration Testing of the mobility apps with backend systems, User Acceptance Testing and BVT (Business Verification Testing).
Functional test cases automation for mobile applications and platform.
Defect Management, Vendor management and Stakeholder Management with various app owners.
Create Master Test plans, Phase Test plans and provide Test Summary and Status Reports.
Design Test scenarios and create Test scripts for the Enterprise Mobility apps
Work towards continuous improvement, automation, and cadence-based delivery of all the apps in the ecosystem.
Skills /Competencies:
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or related work experience.
6 – 10 years of overall experience in Software Testing that includes Mobile Automation
Preferred:
5+ years of relevant software development, solution architecture and/or quality engineering experience in multiple environments and minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Engineering.
Mobile Automation with Espresso and XCUI Test, Swift and Kotlin
Expert in coding in Java, JAVAScript. Node.js, React, RestAssured, API, JSON, Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, XCUITest, Espresso and related technology solutions,
Expert in Software Engineering tools or equivalents such as: Jira, Confluence, Perfecto, SOAP UI, CA Lisa, SQL, Jmeter, Rest, GitHub, Jenkins
Experience in Mobile automation using device farms e.g. Perfecto
Experience in testing microservices, experience layer ie Backend for Front End and Contract based testing
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
