In our online multichannel department in the UK alone, we’ve scaled up our headcount in the past year by 170 people and we are now looking to increase this by a further 120+ over the next 12 months to accommodate our growth. In our Multichannel department we cover everything in the online and digital space and run everything internally through our world-class inhouse functions spread across: Digital Marketing (Paid Media, SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Influencers, Social, Content), Ecommerce (Online Trading, Online Visual Merchandising), Tech (Software Development FE/BE Stacks, App Development, Data, Security, UI/UX), and Studios (Design, Artwork, Retouch, Photography, Videography, Styling).
Role Overview:
The role will give ownership of internet settlement downloads and reconciliation
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Daily download of payment provider settlement reporting
Daily reporting of gross settlements and commission items
Daily upload of transactions to Accurate reconciliation system
Daily reconciliation of customer payments/refunds to stock shipped
Weekly reporting of unreconciled transactions
Monthly reconcilition of analysis data to imported data
Monthly reporting to Profit Protection and Tax Teams
Monthly data collation preparation for audit
Identify and resolve issues relating to reconciliation
Provide data as requested from Accountants
Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:
Experience required – microsoft outlook, excel and word
Skills required – strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to achieve high levels of accuracy whilst working under pressure
Experience of working within a fast paced cash control environment
Experience of working with large volumes of data
