Our service provides a high quality, efficient and effective social work service which responds to the needs of children, young people and their families.
How do we support you?
You will work with a dedicated ASYE Development Manager. That support includes twice monthly supervision as well as informal support and ongoing guidance for practice. You will receive ongoing training and development which is designed by our designated ASYE Co-ordinator. And your year will finish with a group celebration.

About you
We want passionate, professional and committed social work graduates to support the children and young people of Wiltshire to reach their potential.
Applicants for this role must have a social work degree or be in their final year.
If successful in interview, we will offer you a post on successful completion of your degree and the opportunity in the interim to be a paid employee as an unqualified Key Worker full or part time ahead of your Social Work England registration on a salary of £27,741 per annum pro rata.
