Job Description : About the role
StashAway is looking for an Online Marketing Manager to accelerate the group’s strategy across paid, owned, and earned media. Reporting to the Head of Online Marketing, the successful candidate will be championing StashAway’s growth plans while still ensuring operational excellence across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and MENA. If you enjoy being immersed in performance marketing and the data-driven ideation & experimentation that underpins it, then this role might be for you.

Key responsibilities:
Structure, execute, and manage tactical aspects of multi-channel online advertising campaigns for all markets, with the intent of growing brand awareness, boosting traffic, propelling new customer acquisition, and strengthening engagement with the ever-growing Stashaway base
Drive paid campaign measurement by analyzing relevant data points and synthesizing actionable insights to determine ideal channel mix, bid strategies, and improve overall effectiveness
Partner closely with:
Local teams, crafting targets and aligning budgets for performance marketing
Branding, Growth, and CRM teams, ensuring alignment and integration across initiatives
External partners (Google, Facebook, other vendors), safeguarding successful execution of agreed workflows and regular evaluation of deliverables
Product and Engineering teams, driving innovation for StashAway’s marketing technology stack for automation and optimization
Provide thought leadership on how online marketing aligns with overall marketing strategy
Requirements
5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (web, mobile, app) and various martech platforms and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, Branch, etc
Data and analytically-inclined, with knowledge on performance KPIs (cpa, cpc, attribution, ltv, etc) and SQL
Experience with testing and scaling hypotheses on channel mix, ad creatives & placement, conversion tactics
Experience with effectively managing paid budget allocation and optimization
Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across various markets to develop marketing technology and measurement competence
Keen interest in latest developments and innovations in online marketing e.g. iOS14, Facebook AMM Deprecation, Machine Learning, automation, etc
