The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. Your Role and Responsibilities
As Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Order to Cash (O2C), you are responsible for processing Accounts Receivable – posting and balancing of daily cash applications, preparing journal entries, filing of records, general account reconciliations.

Responsibilities
Liaising with all ADLs/DPEs to seek information for their respective accounts
Maintain a data repository for all accounts Key information – UTE, Tool Adoption%, Mandatory Trainings, KCO Scorecard etc.
Weekly Report out on Key Metrics to all ADLs/DPEs
Monitor the daily/weekly progress on any task assigned to Accounts SPOC and report until it close
Scheduling calls with ADLs/DPEs on any important projects to be driven at the site level.
Keep Track of all open items discussed on call and share minutes of meeting
Closely Work with Employee Engagement Team to drive initiatives at Center Level and track/report same in MRM
Create MRM deck with inputs from all accounts ADLs/DPEs
Keep Check on missing ILC Claims and work with different teams to close if there are any discrepancy/issues
Report daily activities status to Center Leader, create summary and share everyday
Keep Track of all tasks/ideas/suggestions discussed with center Leader and start working on same on how to implement same
Maintain Org Chart at Center Level every month and share with Biz ops Team
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Hands on experience on advanced excel & BI other tools
Eye for details
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills
Ability to articulate & present the required information to the stakeholders in a clear & concise manner
Ability to collaborate with the stakeholders
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Understanding of ERP tools
Ability to operate with limited supervision
