PEGA Application Developer
We are looking for IT Graduates and Professionals who are interested to further their career to PEGASYSTEMS. Training will be provided plus you will be paid!
PEGA is a popular business process management (BPM) and a low-code/no-code (LCNC) platform which uses JAVA as a native language for software development. The PEGA platform enables cost reduction for software development and faster time to market for software products.
Industry research shows that in 2020-2021, LCNC platforms accounted for 75% of new app development. PEGA certified resources are highly sought after now and will be going forward.

Job description :
Meeting with business managers to discuss the company’s BPM application needs.
Designing and developing Pega BPM applications.
Performing solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment.
Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.
Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
Conducting system performance tests.
Maintaining the security of all system applications.

Ideal Profile
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree from Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM discipline.
At least 1 – 2 years of work experience in an IT Business Analyst or a Developer role
Interest in developing a career in PEGA based software development role
Previous coding experience in .NET / Python / JAVA is highly desirable
We are open to consider talents from other areas within Application Development i.e., .Net, IOS, Android, Front-End, React, Angular etc.
