The role of a Performance Marketing Specialist serves an important part in maximizing Mekari marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
Produce marketing KPI dashboards and deliver daily-weekly-monthly cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights
Come up with conversion optimization strategies with the aim of improving efficiency in digital marketing and increasing ROI
Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid channels
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Work closely with the TL to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
Work daily with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and more
Perform duties as assigned
Requirements:
Highly analytical and data-driven in solving problems
A min. of 2-3 years of working experience in the digital agency or startup environment in the same field.
Demonstrated experience in driving growth results from digital channels with a managed budget of more than USD 200K/year
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Management, IT, or Science/Statistics.
Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & English
