Job Responsibilities:
This role will be a part of the core IT digital transformation team within Honeywell that will design, develop and drive the adoption of the latest digital marketing technologies. In this position the individual will partner with internal business teams and external partners to continually evolve an end-state vision for Honeywell’s customer experience practices across the company and drive a coordinated deployment and institutionalizing of these practices. This role is responsible for designing, developing and supporting key transformational projects to Honeywell’s customer experience and commercial excellence processes. The success of this role is measured by the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the DevOps and services team in building out and supporting new websites, templates, components and integrations
Specific responsibilities include:
Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver PIM, MDM and/or data quality solutions, applying your creativity and owning the process from start to finish
Facilitate strategic requirements gathering workshops with internal and external stakeholders, working with technical business analysts
Lead high-level design workshops
Guide definition and implementation of data governance methods, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules
Draft detailed design documents
Prepare detailed design documents for data migration, PIM Data Load sheets, Data Load Templates
Configure, build and unit test software platform components; including data structures, roles, workflows, and portals, Integrate PIM/DAM
Build and unit test data migration components
Train and mentor colleagues in PIM/MDM implementation activities and best practices
Support integration, system, and user acceptance testing
Required Knowledge:
Experience in Informatica is must. Ex: Informatica P-360, Informatica PowerCenter Designer, Power Exchange, Workflow Manager and Workflow Monitor
Create and maintain source to target mapping specifications, detailing integration and transformation logic, using applicable standards
3 years of experience in ETL data-warehousing preferably working for large enterprise customers
Should be well versed with data warehousing Concepts – Facts, Dimensions, Star schema, Snowflake Schema etc
Experience in creating reusable transformations and complex mappings, partitioning
Design, implement, and develop ETL processes against high-volume and complex data sourcesBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field
5+ years’ experience in PIM and digital infrastructure tools and technologies, such as Informatica, CRXDE, JCR, Jackrabbit Oak, Adobe DAM, Adobe AEM, SEO, Workflows, jQuery, External Integrations and other web technologies
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate strong administrative and trouble shooting skills
Good to have:
Excellent time management and organization skills; attention to detail
Excellent technical understanding and grasping power
Administrative experience of eCommerce engines
