Job Description : You are good at:Understanding and translating customer requirements into an innovative solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offeringsAligning final solution architecture (including a statement of work, schedules and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditionsUnderstanding and clearly defining the input required to create cost estimates; Prepare the cost model estimates working with Service Delivery, Solution Management (if applicable) and deliver the defined scope of services and contactsResponsible for supporting the Sales team in closing small to medium-sized deals across different VerticalsResponsible for supporting the sales team in winning the deal by putting together a solution (in collaboration with the SMEs) that addresses client requirements while ensuring the company’s interests are metEnsuring the lead to closure cycle by leading the following activities – RFX/Bid Response, pro-active proposals for clients in discussion with sales team’s client partners, Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, technical, operations, pricing, consulting, HR et al) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissionThe role will require acquiring a thorough knowledge of the company’s capability and credentials in IT Services and Design and the existing solutions and offerings in this spaceAct as a custodian of all go to market (GTM) decks and offerings in the Design and IT services spaceYour experience:3-5 years of relevant experience in presales in a similar role in a tech/ service based organization, Design studio or Advertising agencyYour qualifications:Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalentWhat will we be excited to see in you?Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and persuasion skillsExperience with Outsourcing in regards to Solution Planning/Deal Shaping preferredExposure to Analytics/ Automation/ Technology/ Artificial Intelligence/ Robotics / Design StudioStrong commitment to delivering value to clientsStrong Client management experienceGood adaptability to different and changing environmentsGood executive presenceJob Type: Full-time
