Responsibilities
Lead the design and development & influence product architecture and roadmap
Mentoring and nurturing the growth of team members.
Hire, retain and grow top talent on the team.
Lead the team with a growth mindset and model a diverse and inclusive environment.
Provide hands-on technical leadership: architecture, design, code reviews, development, quality assurance, and observability.
Manage project planning, priorities, deadlines, and delivery of results.
Build strong relationships with partners within Microsoft to bring innovation to new and existing features.
Foster a culture of inclusivity and disciplined software engineering practices to deliver business value, guided by data.
Qualifications
10+ years of software development experience in at least one of the following languages: C++, C#, Java, Objective C, Swift
3+ years of management experience.
Technical depth and hands on coding and design experience to manage and understand feature development
You empathize with end-users’ needs and help define their key experiences.
Proven track record as effective engineering leader in managing and growing successful teams.
Proven ability to establish trusted, effective relationships across diverse sets of stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive vision, planning, prioritization, engineering execution .
Excellent communication skills and cross group collaboration.
Experience in iOS or Android development is a plus
