Job Description : Role Summary
We are looking for an Intellectual Property Analyst to join our highly regarded Global Operations team at Clarivate, Noida and support with acting as an interface between suppliers and business operations by managing the elements of making payments, doing account reconciliations, adhering to quality standards, issuing client credits and reducing risk to improve service offerings.
The role holder must be able to continuously understand process changes and supplier issues whilst maintaining a risk-averse approach. The successful candidate will have a very strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to liaise with internal teams and Regional stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
The role will focus on delivering in key areas:
Manage and maintain details of the renewal of clients’ IP rights within Clarivate’s IP Management System
Anticipates supplier needs and responses promptly and courteously.
Review supplier accounts/reconciliations through reporting systems to suggest, influence and implement improvements in supplier performance and behavior.
Ensures accurate processing of supplier debit notes in line with supplier account reconciliations, deposit reconciliations and additional charges to clients.
Handles and ensure all direct renewal instructions are correct, accompanied with the correct funds, sent to the Patent Offices and proof of delivery is received within KPI’s.
Processes returned renewal files from Patent Office’s ensuring names are mapped correctly and cases rejected with the appropriate event and within KPI’s.
Responds to client and supplier queries within agreed timeframes.
Review and analyze client correspondence to determine the necessary action required
Verify details of registrations from Patent and Trademark online databases
Coordinate with different Patent offices and Clarivate’s Global Agent network to renew the IP in a timely manner
Closely coordinate with the leaders on issues which may affect the timely renewal of clients’ IP rights
Perform other tasks and activities as may be assigned by the Management Team or Renewal team leaders from time to time

Job Holder Requirements
Essential Criteria:
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet
Flexibility in work hours, if required, as this role includes close coordination with our global counterparts
The candidate should preferably have 1 or 2 years of experience in backend operations
Candidates preferred to have experience in an Accounting process (AP/AR), Payment process, back office process in an off-shoring environment
