Clerk Grade 11/12 (Salary range of $131,094 – $151,069 base + super)

The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is a service provider, regulator and central agency of government. DCS is undertaking an ambitious digital transformation of government services, underpinned by its Digital Government Strategy.

About the Role
Government Technology Platforms (GTP) provides cross sector leadership and delivery of ICT infrastructure and digital service delivery reforms aligned to the NSW Government ICT Strategy
Working in the Digital Experience team we have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Salesforce Solution Specialist / Architect to join our team. This is a temporary role for 12 months with potential for extension or conversion to ongoing.
In this role you will play a key part in leading and managing the solution scope for a new implementation. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver a solution to the client.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce, with implementation experience on Lightning
Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and articulate solutions.
Proven development and architecture background in Salesforce
Understanding of key Salesforce architectural concepts
Salesforce certifications –
Salesforce Administrator (Required)
Salesforce Platform App Builder (Required)
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (Desired)
Salesforce Solution Architect (desired)

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $131,094 base plus superannuation
