JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re searching for a Product Manager on our Data Platform team who can help drive the team’s product vision and strategy. This Product Manager will work closely with Zynga’s Data Science & Analytics (DSA) teams to understand their technological needs as they build best in class Data products for Zynga games. Projects will range from development of data products like data ingestion, automation tools, data pipelines, and data infrastructure empowering Data Scientists and Analysts to effectively and efficiently meet their business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish the product vision and strategy that will help improve DSA operations across our business.
Experience building and launching data products and global data platforms at scale.
Partner with DSA teams and other data consumers to understand user needs and establish. success criteria with clearly measurable objectives and key results to deliver a great end-user experience.
Partner with a world-class team of Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists to execute on product deliverables and deliver on the team’s mission.
Be or become an expert in enterprise data strategies and technologies including key vendors in the space, pros and cons of competing approaches, and trade-offs involved with different strategies.
Experience with integrating vendor solutions, developing new products, and developing migration strategies with limited impact to client teams.
Innovating on novel opportunities to unlock new data-driven insights and applications to create business value across different functions and levels.
Develop go-to-market and support strategies for globally distributed client teams across different studios
Monitor and measure launched products and use data for product refinement.
Implement best in class product development and management practices.
Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
Develop the product roadmap and build alignment on prioritization which drives product execution.
Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health.

REQUIRED SKILL
Strong analytical and problem solving skills a must with a Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
1+ years of professional experience in a product management role.
A technical undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience in highly technical environment. Technical understanding must go from the highest abstractions down to the metal.
Proven experience delivering highly successful products with your fingerprints all over them – you’re extremely proud of what you’ve accomplished.
Demonstrated experience with scoping projects, collecting requirements, creating product specifications, carrying features from ideation to deployment.
Good knowledge of agile software development methodologies and software development life cycle.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating across global teams in different organizations.
Experience with metrics-driven decision making.
Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
A track record for high performance and team/project leadership.
Enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
