Job Responsibilities
Will be the bridge between business, product owners and the core technology teams to define the project charter, activities, plan
Responsible for defining the project timeline, roadmap and the release plan as approved with the business users
Provide project management support for core products (Lending Solution, Web & App for Customers, CRM, Data Lake)
Defining and tracking the project activities across multiple phases / sprints
Defining and tracking the project deliverables
Co-ordinate the sign-offs for BRDs, SIT and UAT test cases
Work with development team for the production release schedule and version control
Track the project budget across the project phases
Build and manage capacity models / resourcing loading and forecasting
Work with the vendors and finance team for the expense management, expense forecasting
Track and report the project related issues / defects / risks
Manage the post implementation reviews
Provide weekly / monthly status report for the projects
Maintain repository of all project related documents (MSA, BRD, FSD, Test cases, Test execution report, Issue / risk log and Weekly updates)
Work with the regional and local team to define the roadmap for enhancements and next releases
Work with local and regional technology team to provide the status

Qualifications
Has extensive and relevant (min 3- 5 years) experience in FinTech, financial services industry or established Start-ups, in the similar role
Decent change and program management experience in the relevant areas (led the core transformation programs)
Hands-on experience on agile tools – Jira, Confluence, etc
Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bring forward Initiative-driven thoughts, ideations and changes
